To purchase wines via this website you must be over the age of 18 , by placing an order with us, you are confirming that you are 18 years or older. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. Parsons Gully reserves the right to refuse the order on reasonable grounds that the customer might not satisfy this requirement.

Refund and Returns Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Refunds and Returns will only be considered on presentation of a proof of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

Dispatch and Deliveries Policy
Parsons Gully will endeavour to despatch the order within 48 hours of the online order being received.
The delivery address supplied by you must be in Australia. For international orders, please enquire via email.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfill for any reason. If your order is cancelled, we will contact you to inform you of the cancellation and refund any money you have paid us for that order.

Parsons Gully proudly sends orders Australia wide with Australia Post to street addresses and PO Boxes. Delivery charges may change without notice.

Delivery Charges:
• Less than 6 bottles: $20 per shipment
• 6 bottles: $30
• 12 bottle or more: $50
